Before wearing, please try on your shoes on a carpeted floor to ensure a proper fit. Shoes that are soiled, scratched or creased are not returnable. You may return any item that is unworn within 30 days from the date of purchase for exchange of size, color, and style or for a full refund of the purchase price. Please have your packing slip or invoice number ready before corresponding. Return Process -- Shipping Product Back to Kingston McKnight For quickest processing: Please fill out the Return/Exchange form completely that came with your original paperwork so we can handle the return properly. Include a copy of your original invoice and keep copies for your records. Put the forms in the box with the shoes being exchanged. Apply the white return address label to the box being sent back to us. Box should preferably be wrapped and firmly taped closed. Return product using customer's choice of shipping company. Shoes returned with shipping designated 'Bill Recipient' will be refused and returned to sender at sender's expense. PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT Wipe shoe uppers clean daily with damp cloth or brush. Apply waterproof treatment once a month or as needed. Rub in a premium paste or cream once a week. Buff to luster. Remember: Rotating 2 pair of shoes extends the life of the shoes 3-4 times.
